Do you guarantee full compliance?
No. Automated tools (ours included) can reliably evaluate only a portion of WCAG criteria; the rest requires human review. Every report clearly states how each criterion was evaluated (automatic/partial/manual).
Do you fix the issues you find?
For every finding we provide an actionable code/fix suggestion; your own team (or developer) applies the fix, and we rescan to verify the result.
If my site has a firewall/Cloudflare, can you still scan it?
Yes — for the Accessibility Audit, just allowlist our scanner's IP address(es) and User-Agent in your security layer. See the /kurulum page for step-by-step instructions.
How long does it take?
The free Pre-Analysis finishes in ~2 minutes. The Accessibility Audit depends on your tier: Starter 2-3 business days, Professional 3-5 business days, Enterprise 5-7 business days, and your report is emailed to you within that window.
Where is our data processed?
Our servers are hosted in the EU. For some findings (e.g. image/text analysis), content is sent to our AI provider — details are in our Privacy Policy.
Is monitoring mandatory?
The first 12 months of Monitoring are included with your Accessibility Audit package — no separate purchase needed. When the 12 months end, we'll ask if you'd like to continue; we never charge automatically without your consent.
Do you only scan the homepage?
No. Every page up to your tier's page limit is scanned: axe checks, contrast, keyboard access and structural checks run on all of them. Heavier checks that take minutes per page (display modes, keyboard task flow, screen reader transcript, and testing interactive states — modals, dropdowns, tabs — in their open state, which most automated tools never do) run on representative pages. We pick those representatives from patterns in the page address; that is an approximation — a page with a similar address but a different structure (for example a small password-reset form) can fall outside those heavier checks. Tell us the addresses of your forms and critical flows and we will add them to the representative list.
